FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I book your photo booth services?
We are currently accepting bookings via email. Fill out our contact form or email us at snapandcre8@gmail.com.

How much do you require for a deposit?
All packages require a 50% deposit in order to save your event date. We are unable to secure dates without it.
3.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Check, cash and PayPal are also accepted.
4.
When is my full payment due?
We require full payment 7 days prior to your event.
5.
Do you have a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes! We are happy to comply with venue regulations.
6.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any changes must be made in writing at least 30 days before the event. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to event date, shall forfeit all payments received.
7.
How much space do you need to setup?
To make our photo booth experience fun for your guests, we require an 8' x 8' setup, but can accommodate slightly smaller spaces.
8.
Do your packages include all setup and breakdown?
Yes! We are not here to nickel and dime you. ;)
9.
How many photo prints will my guests get?
The sky is the limit! We are proud to offer unlimited standard photo prints (2x6 & 4x6).
10.
Will you travel within the Hawaiian Islands?
Yes! Travel costs vary, but we typically require cost of airfare and lodging (if overnight stays are necessary).
11.
Do you have a photo booth assistant?
Unlike traditional photo booths, ours does not require an assistant, however, we like to have personnel on hand to add to your experience.
12.
Can you do an outdoor event?
Yes! But due to the nature of our photo booth technology, we require that our equipment have coverage (i.e., tent) from the elements.
13.
Do we need WiFi to have Instant Sharing capabilities?
Yes, but even without WiFi, any items that are shared will be added to a queue and sent once connected.
14.
Can I include my company logo(s) on the photo booth screen and prints?
Absolutely! There is an additional fee for full customization, but we are happy to accommodate.
15.
What if I don't like any of your standard backdrops?
We will work with you to find one that suits your needs! Note, this will come at an additional cost to you.
